About StayWell Copper:
Former “Sidewalk Chalk” inventor Marcia Reece came to Lucent Leads looking for help bringing her E-commerce idea to digital life. She had nothing but a product and a name picked out and was itching to get online. StayWell Copper specializes in producing antimicrobial copper products that kill 99.97% of germs on contact.
When they came to us, they had been trying to get their products online and find someone to create them a website for nearly 8 months. Her mission was to disrupt an industry with the innovative new product line she had created. Marcia wanted to advertise online, wholesale her products, and sell on Amazon.
Starting from absolutely nothing but an idea and a great product, we came up with a full-scale strategy for StayWell Copper.
- A custom Shopify store that represented StayWell Copper and Marcia’s mission.
- Copywriting and brand identity work to ensure customers could relate to the product and company.
- Social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & Pinterest)
- Basic ecommerce email sequences for abandoned carts and product views
- Launching Facebook Ads, including customized creatives for the product.
- Creation of a new Amazon Seller account along with onboarding, copywriting and optimization of the product listings.
We completed all of the above in roughly two weeks in order to expedite their product launch and hit the ground running.
Within the first 2 weeks of working with us, we launched them a new website with upsell and other funnel-like functionality. As a result of the strategies used, their average order value was increased from $29 to $59!
We also ran CBO campaigns to reach mother and teacher demographics to ramp up for the school year. The fact teachers could use these in their classrooms and not have to continually buy hand sanitizer was a huge hit. Once they saw the proof that StayWell Copper worked better than hand sanitizer they were hooked.
During Q4 of 2019, as flu season was becoming more prevalent, the company took off doing 6 figures a month in revenue just on their Shopify store alone. Not only that, but now as the Coronavirus has been ongoing, the company is again continuing it’s growth.
By the end of 2019, the listings we created helped them place in the top 10% of new sellers on Amazon for that year.
Their product continued to gain recognition, so much so that they have now partnered up with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to get their antimicrobial products into third world countries who need it most.
As of early 2020, StayWell Copper’s products are now set to enter into some of the top retailers in the world.
